Option 1: Changed Your Mind (Unopened Products)

If you decide the product isn’t right for you and haven’t opened it, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and fully sealed

  • Return request must be approved in advance

Refund details:

  • You’ll receive a full refund of the product price

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

All returned items are inspected before a refund is issued.


Option 2: Gave It a Fair Try (Used Products)

If you’ve used the balm as directed and are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund under our 100-Day Fair-Try Money-Back Guarantee.

We encourage consistent use for up to 100 days, as skin support and barrier recovery can take time.

Eligibility:

  • Requests must be submitted within 15 - 75 days of delivery

  • Product may be used

  • Only one guarantee claim per customer or household

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photos or additional information may be requested to help us assess your experience

Important to know:

  • The money-back guarantee is not a full refund

  • All requests are reviewed and assessed individually

  • If, after review, we determine the product was used as directed and you were not satisfied, we may offer a refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds are issued only after review and approval

We reserve the right to refuse claims where misuse, excessive consumption, or abuse of the guarantee is suspected.

  • Your full name and shipping address

Once approved, we’ll provide the next steps and return instructions if required.
